In reality, the move is a more complex operation, which requires the intervention of companies specialized in the sector. Moving home

Behind a house move lies a great job that is often underestimated. The services offered vary from the type of home and from many aspects that affect the final cost.

A key factor is logistics. It is clear that moving a house on the ground floor involves a very different expenditure of time and energy than having to move all the furniture in an apartment on the fifth floor.

Being forced to use an aerial platform involves a substantial increase in costs, for the rental of the machinery and for the request for any municipal permits for the occupation of public land. It can often happen that the area is not directly reachable by means of transport, causing further inconvenience that affects the final cost.

Another aspect to consider is the size of the house. The cost of moving a 100 m² apartment is very different from that of a two-story house.

Do not underestimate the type of furniture and items to carry. Assuming that any object will be treated with the utmost care, there are particular situations that require greater attention and very accurate packaging. Objects in glass, ceramics, precious and extremely delicate furnishing details must first be packed with special material and then positioned with extreme care inside the means of transport.

Many pieces of furniture in most cases cannot be transported assembled; disassembly and subsequent reassembly in the new home must be provided.

Nor should we forget the time available for the move and the distance from the new home. It often happens that the times to organize and complete the move are very limited and in any case, given that it is necessary to request permits, too long a time frame cannot be afforded. Finally, the distance from the new home is an element that naturally affects the final cost. Moving a few kilometers away is completely different than having to reach particularly distant destinations or even outside national borders.
